"China
is one of the world's last great smoking reserves, with
smoking permitted everywhere except airports and railway
stations. China makes up 20% of the world's population, but
smokes 30% of the world's cigarettes.

"The
Silk Road route was dangerous due to frequent attacks but in
addition the environment was extremely harsh in places,
varying from deserts to snowy mountains, with temperatures
ranging from -20C to 50C.
Marco Polo was supposedly the first European to complete
this route. Later traders learnt to protect themselves by
travelling in convoys of men and beasts - camels or donkeys.
These were know as caravans.

The Great Wall is the world's largest man-made structure,
stretching over a formidable 6,352 km (3,948 miles), from
Shanhai Pass on the Bohai Sea in the east, at the limit between
"China proper" and Manchuria (Northeast China), to Lop Nur in
the southeastern portion of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Along most of its arc, it roughly delineates the border between
North China and Inner Mongolia.
The Great Wall of China
Chángchéng; literally "The long wall of 10,000 Li is a
Chinese fortification built from the 3rd century BC until the
beginning of the 17th century, in order to protect the various
dynasties from raids by Hunnic, Mongol, Turkic, and other
nomadic tribes coming from areas in modern-day Mongolia and
Manchuria. |

China tours usually starts at Beijing - the epicenter center of Chinese

no tour to Beijing would be complete without a stroll on the
2,000-year-old Great Wall of China! Then
you can travel south to the city of Shanghai, home to the riverfront
"Bund" and the exquisite Mandarin's Garden or the Terra-cotta Warriors
in Xi'an. To the East, city of Guilin is regarded in China as the
countries most picturesque city.
China Tour can be your experience of a lifetime, not only
because of the breathtaking scenery and fascinating historical monuments
of China , but also due to unique culture and wonderful people it has.
